Live online training is instructor-led training in a virtual classroom, where students will login during scheduled days/times to interact with the instructor and other students in real-time. On-Demand E-Learning is available to students 24/7 at their convenience, and is accessible with a login and password via our online learning management system. Both options require advance registration.

The content of NGVi’s training participant guides is copyright protected. To ensure quality of learning, all training participant guides distributed by NGVi must accompany instructor led training or e-learning registration. The CNG fuel system inspection form is provided to NGVi trainees both in the training participant guide and as a separate PDF document following the completion of their training. While international students are welcome to register for NGVi on-demand e-learning or live online training, our curriculum has been developed to address U.S. codes and standards and is delivered in English. We are unable to ship training participant guides outside of the US and Canada.
NGVi’s training courses are intended for technicians actively maintaining CNG vehicles and may not be taken for train-the-trainer purposes of any kind. Instructional staff members of colleges, universities or private training organizations or anyone with formal or informal training responsibilities in their normal job duties are not candidates to register for our individual training classes. Often times when customers have their credit card payment declined, it is because the billing zip code is not accurate, their daily spending limit is not sufficient, or their one-time purchase limit needs to be increased.
Purchase order payment is limited to government entities, pending approval of terms and conditions. To submit purchase order terms and conditions, or to obtain an offline registration form to pay by check, please email info@ngvi.com.

Each registrant needs their own unique email address. When you try to use your email address to register multiple people, it doesn’t work. Use a personal email address for each registrant and enter your email address as each person’s CC email contact to be copied on their correspondence.
Students who have participated in our training/certification have most often attended at the request of their private organization and their employee information is confidential.

Each student who attends an NGVi training course receives a certificate of class completion indicating they successfully completed the training course. Participants who pass the NGVi CNG Fuel System Inspector Certification Exam are designated as certified CNG fuel system inspectors and receive an individual inspector ID number, valid for five years.
NGVi’s CNG Fuel System Inspector Certification provides an independent assessment of the knowledge and application of skills necessary for technicians to competently conduct a CNG fuel system inspection according to all applicable codes, standards and industry best practices. NGVi’s CNG Fuel System Inspector Certification is designed according to the requirements for a professional certification program prescribed by the National Commission for Certifying Agencies (NCCA). To ensure quality, uniformity and impartiality, the certification program is overseen by an independent Advisory Board comprised of CNG cylinder, fuel system and vehicle manufacturers, as well as end users.
